Not to steal Calcaterra’s gimic, but we can add another name to the “best shape of my life” list thanks to this tweet from MLB.com Mariners beat reporter Greg Johns:
Griffin says Justin Smoak weighs 220 now, down from 234 when came to Seattle, and is in excellent condition.
