Aaron Gleeman talks about pants, podcasts, unibrows and blogging and stuff

Feb 2, 2012, 1:00 PM EDT

Aaron Gleeman

Aaron was on the FanGraphs Audio Podcast with Carson Cistulli.  Among the highlights:

“It’s tough, it’s tiring to be around people when you’re working”

Truth. People frighten and scare bloggers.

Aaron also gives out our blogging secrets. Like, the stuff about how we read Twitter all day. And how his name starting with two As gives him a tremendous advantage as a baseball blogger.

So, thanks for blowing the trade secrets, Aaron.

He’s got a great head of hair, too.

That’s because he’s in the best shape of his life.

With how much weight he’s lost, he probably is.

Did he lose it after contracting food poisoning due to warm ketchup consumption?

Conversely, if Craig changed his name to ZZ-Craig, you guys would have both ends of the blogger alphabet list of names.

Of course, he’d have to grow a wicked beard and go downtown looking for some tush.

Alright Matt…you are now forgiven for your gross oversight with regards to Edwin Jackson’s skills.
      Thumbs Up.

FanGraphs Audio rules, can’t wait to listen to this.

I shamefully admit that, until today, I had never listened to FanGraphs Audio.

Now I can’t wait to go back through the archives. Aaron’s interview today and Dayn Perry’s from yesterday were simply exceptional. Nice work Aaron and Carson.

Nothing like discovering a big pile of awesome on which you can burn a Friday at work…
