I suspect that at least Utley’s Hair is semi-joking, but the other guy doesn’t appear to be, so:

Jimmy Rollins hasn’t had an OPS high enough to make this list since 2008. You’d probably project him for an OPS somewhere around .730.

Of course, when you add in his defense, he’d make a top ten overall shortstop list. Just not by OPS.

Now if only Jose Iglesias figures out how to hit at all. He’ll probably never make a list like this, but with his defense, he’d still be a valuable player if he could OPS even .700. He’s young yet, so here’s hoping.

I’d be pretty shocked of Andrus had a 364 OBP. His BB rate isn’t that good and he won’t hit for a high enough BA to get him there.

I think in fantasy baseball you’re listed at your old position until you actually have playing time at that position. So just take his OPS and compare it to the 3B people and move everyone down a notch, there ye go
