not really a lock for either of those. He’s only been under 4.2 three times in his careers, and one of those times was at PETCO. And he’s only hit 200 innings 6 times in 11 seasons.

I don’t understand. Before last year, he was one of the most durable pitchers out there. Lock for sub 4.20 ERA and 200+ innings. Suddenly he has to settle for minor league deals in his relative prime and doesn’t show for the physical exam? Somethings not right here.
