Albert is just white washed, thats why he does not use his real name of Jose.
If the signs said” the man” he would be ok with it but not the el hombre spanish moniker.

It was a boneheaded mistake that obviously shoulda been researched beforehand but hardly anything that should put any long term (or short term for that matter) strain on the player/organization going forward.

The Angels didn’t know because they continue their history of screwing up a good thing when they have it. You would think anytime they put Pujols up anywhere, they would run it by him first. Oh wait, he’s not a person, he’s a commodity. Never mind.
