He’s due to profit several hundred million off the sale of the Dodgers, and retain rights to the parking lot he spun off as a separate entity. He’ll up the price of parking, and when Dodger Stadium is eventually abandoned in another 20 years, he’ll make huge bank turning the real estate into housing.

As a fan of the Giants, i tell all my Dodger loving friends we can always agree on one thing… McCourt is an asshat.
