He’s “played” many positions at high altitude. Very recently, it was doggie style, as he pinch hit in a restroom of a bar. Unlike Pittsburgh’s roethlesberger, Josh had consent to play, not only first base, but to slide (not so sure about how safely) into home too.

Power hitting first basemen are about to become the new efficiency. With all of these over-the-hill All Stars figuring they can move to first base, they will be playing for the league minimum.

I don’t think it’s that he wants to move to 1B. He’s just being realistic and/or showing that he’s a team player or whatever. Given his choice he’d much rather be an outfielder from now until forever.

He also dropped the “4 years” thing, which is pretty liberal if you ask certain Ranger fans.
