This would not fly (ZING!) if it were an American or Canadian flag. The fact that it is up for a Dominican player is a product of illegitimate stereotypes.

If it were an American, I doubt you’d put up the US flag. I don’t think you meant to imply that Dominican players are predisposed to use steroids, but that is the effect of using the flag instead of using a needle or doing an image search for ‘ban’.

Well…..that sucks….but there is no way to tell if the velocity bump was steroid related or natural progression. Considering that the Cardinals have signed steroid users recently (e.g. Ryan Franklin), this must be a “well, now we don’t know what we were signing” response rather than a “we don’t sign steroid user’s” response.

Too bad for the kid, wouldn’t be surprised at all if he was given something by a buscone and didn’t know what it was.
