The Jays would probably offer Cecil and Carreno. The White Sox would be interested in Hutchinson, Snydergaard and Nicolino but would probably be refused. McGuire, Jenkins, Wojciechowski, and Sanchez were all recent top 40 draft picks and could be traded.

Considering he’s due a little over $16MM between 2012 and 2013 he’s not exactly cheap and his ERA+ is going in the wrong direction the past 3 or 4 years.
