I see this kind of thing all the time. Someone leaves the corporation, fails elsewhere, and the corporation falls all over themselves to hire them back at higher pay. Meanwhile, for the loyal people that stay put and do their jobs well, they don’t give out nearly as big of raises. Loyalty should mean something, but it doesn’t.

Baseball Beer…. – More often then not on this board when comments don’t seem to have baseball related content they get thumbed down pretty severely. And please don’t take this the wrong way but may be your comment and I quote “…something like the 10 white people who gave my comment a thumbs down because “racism doesn’t exist to them” right?…” says more about you then it does them. For assuming that all 10 thumbs down were from “white people”. Just my opinion.

Now don’t shoot the messenger. May be it has something to do with the fact white men have been in the work force longer and many have more experience in their chosen fields.

Seniority and work experience are usually key factors that make up a persons earnings ability. But that’s just my opinion.
