Jose Canseco would like to play for the Dodgers

Mar 28, 2012, 9:09 AM EDT

This was pretty inevitable:

Less obvious was his next tweet in which he said that none of us understand global warming and that he’d school us on it and give us a pop quiz.

James Loney’s value just shot through the roof

  2. brewcrewfan54 - Mar 28, 2012 at 9:19 AM

If the Mexican League doesn’t want him does he really think an MLB team would?

  3. bigjimatch - Mar 28, 2012 at 9:42 AM

Whom am I to argue; he has been right about everything else he has alleged.

    • paperlions - Mar 28, 2012 at 12:21 PM

Actually, he was right once. He’s been wrong approximately 7 gazillion times.

  4. stex52 - Mar 28, 2012 at 9:46 AM

And I would like a week end at the beach with Penelope Cruz.

    • WhenMattStairsIsKing - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:15 AM

      Christina Hendricks.

    • stex52 - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:37 AM

Boy, I don’t even want to know the person who would give Penelope Cruz a thumbs down.

      • trevorb06 - Mar 28, 2012 at 3:07 PM

Maybe Bicepts is lurking around. He’d prefer Cruz Penelope and his hairy chest. :-) (Yes, gotta remind everybody of that guy every so often)

    • stex52 - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:39 AM

Boy, I don’t want to even know the person who would give Penelope Cruz a thumbs down.

    • Old Gator - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:55 AM

Not a good move, stex52. She’s married to Anton Chigurh.

      • cleverbob - Mar 28, 2012 at 11:03 AM

And there’s no hiding from that guy.

      • stex52 - Mar 28, 2012 at 11:05 AM

Some risks are just are just worth taking. Even against rhe inevitability of Fate personified.

BTW, a previous note by me didn’t go through, but I have to repeat. I don’t wnat to even know the person who gave Penelope a thumbs down.

      • stex52 - Mar 28, 2012 at 1:30 PM

I’m going to try one more time, because the system hasn’t been taking my replies.

Some things are just worth the risk, even if it means confronting Fate personified.

And I don’t want to even know anyone who would thumbs down Penelope Cruz.

      • stex52 - Mar 28, 2012 at 2:28 PM

Sorry for the multiple replies. Just wanted to make my point about Penelope.

bluejays would be a better match, heck he probably wouldnt strikeout as much as snyder or thames do. might be a liability in the field however

  6. WhenMattStairsIsKing - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:17 AM

Jose Canseco would be like Jack Cust, minus the good OBP.

    ……

    Exactly.

  7. AlohaMrHand - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:24 AM

Yea right,he’ll,just send Ozzie to trick us.

  8. yankeesfanlen - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:30 AM

And Lenny Dykstra would like to be out of jail. Next case.

  9. buffalomafia - Mar 28, 2012 at 10:46 AM

Nobody wants a snitch on there team!

    • WhenMattStairsIsKing - Mar 28, 2012 at 11:14 AM

  11. antlerclaws - Mar 28, 2012 at 1:20 PM

I would like to see Canseco come back to MLB just for pure entertainment value. You can’t watch a blooper reel from a couple of decades ago without seeing a couple of appearances by him.

    No way, Jose.
