1. If healthy, Niese should easily live up to the contract.  His advanced stats are much better than his ERA would suggest.  His xFIP, for example, was 3.28.  That has him in very good company.

2. The move coincides with the Wilpons settling some of their lawsuits and debts.  It shows that they&#039;re going to be willing to spend moving forward.]]></description>
