		<description><![CDATA[Good for Sandoval!  He signed a contract to play for the Padres, not to play a certain position for the Padres.  He is an employee and proved he is willing to do whatever the employer asks of him if it is what is best for the organization.  Professional sports could use a lot more of this attitude.]]></description>
