His small Michigan hometown even held a Josh Collmenter day. But he had a poor spring training an a disasterous 2 starts. A sophmore pitcher does not have much goodwill or reputation to draw on so he better pitch as if he doesn’t want to go to Double A Mobile or he will be going there soon.
