18th street – typical crybaby Boston loser. Get over the fact that Clemens gave you and he rest of the Boston whiners the finger by continuing to excel long after he left your craphole town. And let’s not forget the hypocrisy that exists given the fact that both Ramirez and Ortiz were outed as having tested positive for PEDs in 2003…while members of the Red Sox. Taints both titles that Boston “won”.

He’s not being prosecuted for taking illegal drugs. Also those supplements aren’t even close to the anabolic steroids Clemens is alleged to have taken.

Well, as long as we’re prosecuting Federal Crimes:
Possession of any amount of marijuana (even a single marijuana cigarette) is punishable by up to a year in jail and a fine of $1,000 on the first offense. The second offense carries a 15-day mandatory sentence, and can be extended for as long as two years in prison. Any possession after that gets a 90-day to three year prison term, and a $5,000 fine.

How many: cops, courts,prosecutors, judges, and jails would be needed. How big a tax bill would you like to incur to pay for hiring, construction, and maintenance thereof. ALL federal crimes should be prosecuted? Or just the ones you choose?

I wouldn’t go that far. At the very least he financially impacted other’s pitchers who missed out on what could have been more big league service time had Clemens not used PEDs to continue pitching, and pitching at a very high level. PEDs which were against MLBs rules, just not being tested for.
