I thought the new bargaining agreement was supposed to eliminate that incentive, wasn’t it? Not saying it did, but I thought that was one of the MLBPA goals.

An article on MLB’s site quoted Rizzo as saying he’ll stick around for now. I suppose as long as he’s productive, he’s here for good.

I doubt they send harper back right away. Especially since he hasnt played bad offendsive wise, and defencivly hes been fantastic

I think they’ll give him a little more time to show what he can do. He hasn’t performed poorly or fantastically yet, and average is not a bad thing in this case.
