He’s a really nice fellow, very stand-up about his problems at the plate, never ducks the press or becomes abusive when questioned – like, um, a certain blowhard manager with whom he works in close proximity. This demotion is sure to be a blow to him, and I wish him all the best in getting himself turned around. This team isn’t going anywhere without him.
