Hurricane Bud’s winds make a constant “harrumphing” noise. . . and then clears all the young people off the lawns.

Anyhow, no one can fear a “Bud”. That thing is just a bag of hot air with old ideas. I’m ignoring it from here on out.

“Tropical Storm” Bud wins appeal and is no longer legally a “hurricane” after appeal reveals that wind speed measuring device was stored in meteorologist’s fridge over the weekend. Could not legally guarantee that it was Bud’s wind speed that was measured and not tampered with.
