@Ari Collins, there is NOT a ton of room between Too intoxicated to give consent & Unconcious. Giving people an out from taking responsible form the drunken actions is BS. “I was too drunk to realize I shouldn’t drive.” People can be too drunk to make good decisions, but getting drunk doesn’t give you a Free Pass the next day to take back your decisions. I’m not conodoning or defending Panda’s actions, but we have no idea just how drunk this girl was. So no judgement should be made on either side

I’m sorry, too intoxicated to give consent, but sober enough to tell the cops exactly whom to speak with? And sober enough to know they had sex? Something doesn’t add up for me. I feel like too intoxicated to give consent would have to be completely unconscious. Otherwise she would remember weather or not she told him no
