In more substantive news, yesterday we talked about the issue of Congressman Issa having to take the stand. The judge ruled today, however, that he doesn’t have to.

    I know a girl named Nicole Auerbach. Probably not her though. Doesn’t seem like someone who would follow the Clemens trial. She didn’t even know who Red Auerbach was when I asked if she was related.

    And am I wrong for liking jean shorts? (I refuse to say “jorts”, what a stupid thing.) I don’t wear the ones that go down way far past my knees, though, those just look stupid. I’ve worn them for years…
