Miller’s getting crushed in Memphis – giving up tons of HR’s, walking too many and velocity way down.

It’s sounding more like Joe Kelly will get a shot in Garcia’s spot for now, then Dickson…then who the hell knows…

I’m of the mind medical reports should not be released until conclusive and a plan moving forward is in place.

If teams jump the gun and publicly, set expectations that aren’t fully accurate they set themselves up for exactly what the Cards are going through now regarding the perception of their medical teams competence.

Name 1 reason teams should accurately report injuries. Plus, this is medical information, if the players don’t want any details reported, the team can not report them.

OKWF: Dead on. They have always been very evasive with regards to evaluations (or factually reporting them anyway). It’s precisely why I stated we would be lucky to get Carp back in July when the initial reports came back on him. I can’t even remember what they predicted at this point…but I thought it was May. Well…here we are well into June and no real timetable on him either.

Here’s a very informative fact based column on the Cards sketchy injury evaluations, it’s an interesting read.

It’s nothing to get all “Oliver Stone(d) conspiracy theorist” about but it’s food for thought on an obviously concerning pattern of organizational misreads.
