Aubrey Huff to have an MRI on his knee after a perfect game celebration injury

Jun 14, 2012, 3:31 PM EDT

Oh, Aubrey:

You can see Huff eat it while hopping the railing here.

Now would be a good time to note, once again, how good it was that Gregor Blanco was manning right field last night instead of Huff.

    What an athlete.

Have we learned nothing from Kendry Morales?

My mom was about Huff’s age when she shattered her wrist hopping (and falling over) a fence. She said that was the moment when she realized she was getting old. It’s a sign, man.

Yep, I KNEW that, even though there were only 3 posts, that one of them would be about Morales. It HAD to be :D

      That’s a clown prediction, bro.

At some point the Harper quote is going to get old. But not yet.

I think by next week, it’ll be more played-out than Andrew Dice Clay’s career…but for now, let the good times roll.

It’s hard to see, but it looks like he may have slammed his knee into the railing. You can see afterward him trying to get out there and celebrate anyway, albeit at a reduced speed.

    Tough break, get better Huff

Remember the old days when very game winning HR or milestone event didn’t require a ridiculous dog-pile? When you put twenty five 200 pound pro athletes in a pile and have them jump all over each other bad things can happen.

There’s a tasteless joke or two in there somewhere….
