I remember being stoked to finally get to my first Giants game at then-Pacific Bell Park back in 2001. It was the season Barroid hit his 70,000 home runs, and the G-Men were playing the aggressively blah Astros in a middle-of-the-week night game. Then Livan Hernandez gave up 4 runs before we found our seats.

On the other hand, 4.94 ERA and .331 OPA are significantly better numbers than Tim Lincecum’s this year. “Livo? Brian Sabean’s on the line…”
