The Rays attendance problems are continuing to be a major issue, the club ranks a paltry 28th in MLB.

Surprising, time has shown it was easier for the Rays to build a winner in the tough AL East than build community support. And time isn’t on the Rays side anymore, either with the use agreement on the Trop, or getting a decent stadium built.
