Hospitalized for shortness of breath after passing out in the clubhouse during Monday night’s game, Jerome Williams posted on Twitter yesterday that he’s “feeling better” and “going to get some rest so I can be back on that mound competing again.”

When that might be is unclear, but for now Williams remains on the Angels’ active roster and Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com reports that he’s scheduled to undergo another round of tests today.

In responding to a question from an Angels fan last night, Williams tweeted: “I’m fine. Just couldn’t breathe.”

His next turn in the rotation would be Sunday at home versus the Dodgers

Hope it’s nothing serious like signs of some form of heart disease
