Getty Images That’s according to former Brewers player Bill Hall, who bumped into Hernandez at O’Hare:
Just seen Livan Hernandez n the airport in Chicago. He's on his way 2 Milwaukee 2 help their starting rotation.Talked briefly sounded excited

Hernandez had a 4.94 ERA in 18 relief appearances for the Braves before being designated for assignment a week ago. The Brewers need some rotation depth with Chris Narveson out for the season and Shaun Marcum nursing a sore elbow. Hernandez isn’t much, but he can soak up some innings if needed.
Update: Livan’s signing has been confirmed, but the plan is for him to pitch out of the bullpen initially. Michael Fiers will remain in the rotation.

What?!?
The good news: Although slow, and dangerous at the plate (for your team), it appears Bill Hall still can serve a purpose!

Bill Hall was also quoted as telling Hernandez, “Wait! The gate is back THAT way!!”

Hall is just too anglo to get it. He needs to spend some time in Macondo. Latinos always sound excited. They can sound like they just lost their virginity when they’re telling you that they can’t find their keys.

That man has twenty lives! Unreal. Good luck with your new team, Livo. Deja vu all over again.
