Actually, there were significant differences between the Bonds and Clemens court cases. In Clemens' case, his statements basically made it so that proof of steroid usage was equivalent to proof of perjury. The prosecution found no proof of steroid usage.

I do agree that in a court of law, a person is innocent until proven guilty.

But in reality, it doesn't necessarily work that way. If you honestly think that Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens didn't use steroids to improve their careers, or that OJ Simpson didn't commit murder, you're off your rocker.

Nope, I just figure we need more than the word of a complete scumbag like Brian Mcnamee to believe something that there's otherwise no proof of. I have no idea if he did it, he probably did. The fact is he denied it, and defended himself successfully in court.

Also, how do you know it was a "SMALL MINORITY"? Were you there? You have absolutely no idea how many players were doing it. It's nice that you think it was less than 30%, but people who were actually there like Ken Caminiti say it was 90%. Is that true? No idea. The point is no one knows for sure who did it, and how many players did it. Probably never will.

Definitely, the juicer since his days in Boston, who kept updating his steroid using ways throughout his entire career having one of his many roid rages on the field is captured perfectly in this photo.

Please someone chime in with the foolish "everyone was using" excuse, or "everyone he faced was using". Yes if by everyone you mean less than 30% the league, like that makes it better.

And Craig you misspelled "gladly", there is no S

Why should we be sad that a ball player willingly removed himself from consideration? They hide their activities because they knew of the ramifications. They gambled and lost, what should we do? Allow him to have his cake and eat it too?

Oh so glad he and the other SMALL MINORITY of juicers won't sniff the Hall. Guys who stole money and the spotlight from others who were not using.
Is Roger a Hall of Famer? Who knows, everything he has done is tainted by his own hand, his own choices. He robbed us of chance to judge his accomplishment fairly.
He has his money, to hell with him getting in the Hall too.
