Dayton Moore hasn’t said anything to that effect, but I fear parting with Frenchy or lessening his role is slowing this promotion. We shall know more within the next two weeks or so.

Wonder how long it’s been since the Rays only had one player in the top 50? Granted Moore and Jennings are both up, but I’m definitely not used to seeing more Yankees (even with Banuelos having a down year) than Rays in a top 50 prospect ranking.
