Ah, screw this whole team.

The Sox manage to get on a bit of a roll, and then promptly destroy whatever momentum they may have had. They’re a total disaster.

The Yankees have been beyond impressive this year considering injuries and the advancing age of their key stars. Gotta tip my hat to them…total class organization.

Germano did look good but keep in mind more often than not the Yankees have trouble with pitchers they haven’t seen before. And I think that being the case with Germano at least in part contributed to his success this afternoon. Because there really is nothing in his history to indicate his performance today is the norm. Just my opinion.

The bright spot form the red sox? Germano. Very impressed with his performance, which is notable beyond just this afternoons game. He saved their bullpen for the rest of the series. Failing to execute could have been a death blow for the remaining 2 games.
