As someone who lives far far away from where Harvey grew up in Connecticut, I’m rooting for the kid to perform at the big league level – the more stars, the better. Woohoo.

It’s important to note that Collins does not make these decisions it’s up to Alderson. Alderson has said many times that the state of the big club is separate from the development of the kids. Yes, Harvey has said that he believes he’s ready but Mike Pelfrey thought he was ready as well.
