I used to hear sooo much on Harper being a punk. He has been a model citizen here.

Ozzie cursing at a 19 year old for what? Pine tar? The bat looked fine to me, and EVERYONE else who looked at it.

Ozzie was simply showing what a big a*****e he is. All he did was act like a baby, and the 19 year old showed he’s a man.

There are already rumors they might hit Harper with a ball tonight. If so, Bud Selig, I hope you punish these guys GOOD. It would be all too obvious at this point just what they’re up to.

Ozzie has refreshing candor in a league in which too many guys have taken Crash Davis’s rules about spouting cliches in interviews to heart. That said, there is a fine line between being and entertaining eccentric and being boorish lout who is hurting your team, and Ozzie has been crossing that line far too often as of late.

He may be colorful, but he’s ineffective. It seems obvious that he doesn’t have his team’s respect. Too much talent on this team to be so bad. Less colorful managers do a much better job. Ozzie just looks for attention. He’s lost his team.
