White Sox Youkilis celebrates game-winning single in MLB American League baseball game against Rangers in Chicago Reuters

Kevin Youkilis has been a great pickup for the White Sox. But today they got their first glimpse at the entirety of the Youksperiance: he’s out with a sore hamstring.

He’s day-to-day, so it doesn’t seem serious. But it’s a reminder that a fact of life with Youkilis is that he’s going to be banged up from time to time.

“Youksperiance” indeed. This is just the beginning for the White Sox. Hope they have another 3rd baseman that isn’t named Orlando.

I’ll always remember the “youksperiance” I had the first time I read about him being referred to as the “Greek God of Back Pain.”

Welcome to it, White Sox. He’s a fantastic player, but this is what happens.

A lot of folks saw the “first glimpse at the entirety of the Youksperiance” if that’s a double entendre for the footage that was on Deadspin today.
