You think they would have learned from Zambrano, after 6 – 7 years his effectiveness went down, along with his innings pitched, strikeouts, etc.

If this was Dempster, it would be harmful, but Garza is under Cubs control through 2013. Doesn’t matter if they trade him this year or next. The prospects won’t pan out anyway and it’ll be another long winter for Cubs fans.
