Weaver plunks Cain twice. Hochevar hits Trout once. The instigator gets off scot-free and the retaliator gets ejected. So where’s the fairness of that? The rules about warnings and tossing have got to change.

I’m just mad Bob Davidson didn’t have the authority to eject Hochevar from the Royals organization.

And the worst part is, Hochevar didn’t actually hit Trout. The ball hit the knob of Trout’s bat (not a euphemism), and in the replay the sound of ball on wood could clearly be heard.
