^ delmonte, I disagree. Nobody should be voted in just because “it’s time to put a japanese/mlb player in the hall.” A player is inducted when he has had an outstanding MLB career, which Matsui has not. He has beeen solid, absolutely. A good player for sure. But, by no means is he HOF worthy.

Isn’t it about time a player was inducted for his Japanese and American careers? I think it’s possible that his combined numbers, and his impact on the game, might make him a special case.

If this were basketball or hockey, he’d be a shoo-in. Then again, those are very much Big Hall sports.

How can you accurately measure the size of a porn collection?
