That man was completely lost in NYC. The fans had completely soured on AJ so the change was best for him as well as the Yanks. I wish him well and remember the Yanks wouldn’t have won in 2009 without him.

I am a Cubs fan (insert joke) who was watching the game. I am also a baseball fan and would have been ok with witnessing a no-no but the pitch AJ was pissed about was pretty far off the plate. The ump expanded the strike zone a lil bit already but couldn’t make that call. Felt bad for AJ as a fan but hey he threw a helluva game.

Doesn’t matter who it was, as the replay showed it quite clearly was a ball. Unfortunate, but a good call. Hey, I wanted to see a no-hitter too. Alas, they really are hard to get.
