I remember that Myers at bat, it was like a 10 pitch at bat. Phillies fans forget, Myers was the second best pitcher (behind CC) in the NL in the 2nd half of 2008.

I was the ’08 NLDS game where Brett Myers walked and Shane hit the slam. I went with my GF and her son, we still talk about that game regularly as the most entertaining game we’ve ever been to. This includes game(s) 5 of the ’08 WS that I went to and the Roy Halladay near-perfect game in ’10 that they went to.

Between him hitting the grand slam in the ’08 NLDS off CC Sabathia and the game-tying 8th-inning HR in game 4 of the NLCS, those certainly were “GREAT memories.” Unforgettable.
