Pirates have some good arms coming. If Selig wouldn’t of screwed small market teams with the slotting . We would have Appel too. Oh well get the puck back just down a spot. Let’s go bucs

good….it’s about time in my opinion….sometimes think the pirates are too slow in moving players up…..cole needs to get to AAA next….

I would say that it’s a bit early, but he really didn’t have anything else to improve upon in A+ ball. The Pirates emphasize fastball command, and he’s really improved in the past month or so at generating weak contact while overcoming his struggles. Hopefully the Pirates let him have some more freedom in AA like they had with Cole.
