Jeter is a first ballot hall of fame, but let not make a big deal of him hitting his 250th home run in his late thirties, or compare hime to one of the greatest hitters of all time.

i am not the one saying Jeter will be playing in three or four years, that would be your fellow Yankee fan. if you don’t think cano is going to resign to a huge contract, then go back to his aloof ways, so be it.

And lets be honest, the farm system hasn’t been anything special recently, save for cano and Joba, whose career managment promptly ruined soon thereafter. their free agent signings are hit and miss, just like anyone else, eexcept then can afford to bury thier misses and sign more.

Maybe it’s time to fire the pitching coach. It seemed to work out well when they fired the hitting coach earlier this year. And that was well-deserved too.

Are they Going to skip Weavers next start too, because the Rays have shredded the dude. 3 IP 7ER and he left runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs in the 4th.

I wouldnt call it “Choking” since wear and tear and people seeing him more times in a season probably has a lot to do with it, but you are statistically right actually. His pre and post all star stats are like night and day throughout his career

Seems like Haren is going back to his old ways of choking in the 2nd half. I thought he finally turned the corner.
