That is one of the many ways baseball beats other sports. You watch and applaud the great play, even when the other guy is doing it to your team.

And Francisco is right, that one wasn’t cheap.

Excellent play! You have to give moxie points to the Twins though; they did not make it easy. Rosales was almost taken out with the slide, and the batter did not let up and nearly beat the throw to first.

I remember seeing the last one AGAINST the A’s. CC on the mound and just half an inning earlier Arod got into it with Braden for walking on “his” mound.
