One-third of the state’s population attends every year (although that counts people going multiple times). Work is too busy for me to take off, so I’m going to brave the crowds this weekend for my pronto pups, cheese curds, beers, and then whatever rare exotic food I feel like trying after I’ve had some beers.

I was raised on the east coast and have lived in NYC for over 20 years. Never knew about state fairs till I met my wife. She’s from Minnesota and I had my first Fair experience in 1993. I’ve been back every year since!
