I think we’ve firmly-established the narrative that the Dodgers have a limitless supply of cash. I’m thinking a payroll rivaling or surpassing the Yankees is not out of the question. They’ve got money to burn.

If he reaches free agency as a 27 year old he’s going to become the richest pitcher in history. I liked that the dodgers locked up Ethier long term this year, they should do the same with Kershaw.

Good luck filling the rest of the roster though when you have $100 mill going to 5 players (gonzo, kemp,Crawford, Ethier, Kershaw)
