I also want to thank Skippy Bayless for not demanding that Escobar be tested for steroids. So far, Escobar is hitting a mighty .252 with 8 home runs and 44 RBI’s. With stats like that, I am sure that Skippy Bayless is suspicious, but so far, has wisely remained silent.

Thank you very much! I have been away all day and just got home, turned on the computer, and saw this wonderful news. After many injuries and much frustration, the Jays won a series. Congratulations to Escobar! Thank you C. C.! Thank you Joba! Thank you Joe and everyone else on the Yankee team who made this possible.

This entire game was frustrating. Runners stranded in scoring position left and right, and as soon as they brought Joba in with the bases loaded in the 9th, I knew it was about to be blown open. I still have hope that he’ll continue rehabbing and not be completely worthless, but it’s been brutal so far.
