I haven’t seen any reports of injury or indicators like lowered velocity. AAA clearly wasn’t working. Just the demotion to AA might break this guy’s confidence in a bad way. Why not force a scenery change and put him back in The Bigs to see what happens? The Sox have nothing to lose at this point and it would seem Bard doesn’t either.
