Not to say we’re not getting production out of the spot right now, but the respect he earns from pitchers would truly make a difference in the lineup.

Worst case scenario? Davis to DH and put Hoes in the lineup! (I know it’s highly unlikely considering our position in the standings and not wanting to put a rook out there unless it’s a must, but LJ is an exciting player I cannot wait to see him get some starts, hopefully next season).
