1) 225 IP in 2013
2) He isn’t on the DL to end 2013
3) 415 IP in 2012-13

He has pitched 151.1 IP this season. So in order for the option to vest, he’ll have to pitch ~264 Innings next season and not end the season on the DL. Doubtful.
