Abreu, for his age, isn’t that slow. He’s managed to steal six bases in eight attempts this year. And it was an impressive home run. Just the 21st home run at Dodger Stadium to land in the loge section. It puts him in the same company as Juan Rivera and Hiram Bocachica.

Dunno if you can call it bush league then if his motives were to just remember what its like to run the bases after a home run. He isn’t rubbing it in if thats the case, so how is it bush league?

Judging by his current shape…..chaffing might become a serious issue after 60+ feet. No wonder he took his time.

There has never been anything bush league about Bobby, one of the savviest hitters in baseball. Whatever it was, there was a reason. Maybe he was giving them time to wake up Vin in the TV booth so he could make the call.
