As a Cards fan living in Cincinnati, I can say the majority of real Reds fans are intelligent and gracious. I work with some diehard Reds fans and can have a decent conversation on baseball. I’ve been to GABP and never caught grief for obviously not rooting for the Reds. Just like every other fan base there are duds but overall it’s no different than any other city. However, I would say it seems the Reds suffer from bandwagon-ism more than some because at this moment in time Cincinnati belongs to the Bengals.
