Don’t quite understand this flip flopping right now at 2nd base with Andino and Flaherty at this point in the season. I’m assuming it has something to do with the match up with Kuroda but Andino just had a nice all around game with a big hit that sparked the offense and run scored as well as playing solid D. And he can hit right hand pitching too. He has anchored that 9 hole nicely thus far and brings swagger to this lineup. Guess I’m just gonna have to trust the AL MOY on this one. Let’s Go O’s.

Chavez is 3-6 with a HR against Gonzalez, so I’d bet that has something to do with it. Ibanez is 2-6, so not much difference there. My guess is this is Girardi’s way of dealing with the whole lineup nonsense.
