The reds are a flawed team. Basically a 3 man pitching staff (Arroyo and Bailey are combine into a great pitcher) and no contact hitting at all.

They are locked in with this team for 4 years, and all they do is hit singles or HRs. Baker is going burn out the pitching staff, does it all the time in each of his stops
